Q: Tell us how you came to know & love Girlfriends Brow Bar?
A: I met Aneet when she was working out of her home – she was so personable, very loving, very friendly and welcoming into her home. I was so impressed when she decided to take her business to the next level. It was very bold and that’s what I loved about her. What I love about Girlfriends, is that sense of community, that safety and security, and advice. You go in without judgement and you’re going to be educated and empowered to walk out with this sense of confidence.
Q: What would you say to a young woman thinking about chasing her dreams?
A: People don’t think about you as much as you think they do. What holds us back in life is ourselves and our fear of judgement, but it’s only in us. It’s what holds us back from taking action in life. Connect with your vision, your vision is always the good in yourself, if you’re always so consumed about how your perceived, then you’re making it about you- not your vision, and if you’re able to connect to your vision, then you’re about your forward self, bigger than just us, about your “WHY”.
Q: What advice would give?
A: We perceive self care as this “chore” but it essentially the tool that supports us in life. Self care could be reading an inspiring blog post, seeing our children play, and those daily activities that bring us JOY.
